First and foremost,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I hope that each and every one of you had a safe and fun-filled New Year's eve. I did...kinda.

I worked on music with my homie for life and partner-in-crime Tay Beatz

(he makes all of the beats I spit on.)

We are looking forward to 2011, simply because we have a gut feeling that this just may bhe our year to shine.

Who doesn't like to shine?

In the midst of a long and prosperous anticipated new year, I am thankful for all of the experiences

My Relapse

Right now, I am blasting Eminem's 6th studio album entitled "Relapse"

My favorite song on this album is "My Mom," where Em describes where his drug habit came from. He tells us that his mom used to put valium in his food as a child. For those of you who don't know what valium is, it is a drug used to cure anxiety, alcoholism, and muscle spasms. Taking three of these with your meal at a young age could do some lasting effects, and that is why Em says that he was hooked on valium. Give the album a listen when you get the chance. He reclaims his throne after dropping this one.

Even Our Perfections Have Flaws

Soo...I was going through my computer and I came across a part of a poem I am thinking about finishing, but may not be that good. You be the judge.

You see,

Satan used to whisper in my ear every now and then

And the problem was that

I listened.

I started believing that my skin was tainted

And I was made for the sole purpose of

standing out from everyone else around me.

He made me believe that

my only friend was the very shadow I was born with…

and even that could stab me in the back.

I was so comfortable with being lied to

that the truth became foreign to me,

so whenever I lied to someone else,

I could honestly say that I had no recollection of the truth
